You , from Pokhara you can go to Poonhill and get back to Pokhara in three days. However you cannot reach tadapani and Ghandruk villages during the 3 days Poonhill trek.

Can I do Poonhill trek with my children and family?

Yes, you can trek with children in Poonhill. Since this is a short trek route, your children want feel too hard to walk 4-5 hour each day. As for infants, many times  people have carved their little ones along the trek route. It is better to hire porter to carry infants.
