A challenging 2 weeks trek starting low and gradually taking higher all the way up to the Thorangla pass provides you the landscapes that changes according to the altitude, culture of locals and their daily lifestyle and of course the vegetation. The classic trek takes us through all kinds of scenery that belongs to the whole Mountain level. The stunning views of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna and an amazing variety of landscapes ranging from subtropical to alpine peaks to high altitude desert similar to Tibet. And also the scenery before the Thorangla pass in Manang and after the pass in mustang is such a huge difference to witness and evaluate. Following the Kaligandaki valley towards Tatopani, the hot spring town; the variation in climate zone and vegetation, you have something new to see every 10 kilometers apart. From semi Tibetan culture to Thakali hospitality, from Tibetan inspired Buddhist culture to authentic Hinduism;taking the way up to Ghorepani and watching the exquisite sunrise from Poonhill before ultimately ending the trek in Nayapul which definitely makes you look behind and imagine what you have accomplished.
